For their second Las Vegas location our client chose a historic site at the Eastern entrance to the Fremont Street Experience on 4th and Fremont Street to create a space that harkens back to a 50’s era Diner with a modern twist, perfect for the vibrant energy of the revitalized downtown area.

RWA helped transform a group of four existing buildings, the oldest of which was built in the 1940s, into a full White Castle restaurant. An extensive structural assessment and reinforcement was required to open up the four buildings to fit a restaurant which includes an open commercial kitchen, queuing area, POS counter and large dining room.

The exterior walls of the dining room were opened with new glazing connecting to the excitement outside and draw customers into the restaurant.

The building’s exterior facade and monument sign was refreshed to reflect the brand’s iconic image.
