When it came time to develop their first freestanding tour transportation facility, South West Excursions, and Education Tours, reached out to RWA. Due to our established background designing transportation and tour facilities.

The client wanted a uniquely designed facility, with lots of natural light and an expansive lobby to allow the customers to look out on their fleet of beautiful clean tour buses and shuttles.  The masonry walls, polished concrete floors, and high-performance north-facing glass created a one-of-a-kind and durable building design. The buildings soaring roof provides shade to the north where patrons load and unload from their tours.

The facility is as unique as the landscape and monuments the customers experience on their special tours throughout Southern Nevada.
