RWA was challenged to create a unique concept blending retail, office, education, and gymnasium functions within three grey shell spaces to create one 13,500 square foot facility. Working closely with the Client and General Contractor RWA designed several office spaces with an open bullpen and meeting rooms that overlook the grand two-story reception area; a retail space with a large workshop for product customization and repairs; educational training rooms and a large area housing gymnasium equipment for physical and tactical training. RWA created a cohesive design that provided the function the client was looking for with a sleek modern aesthetic.

Facing challenges in scheduling and communication with outside consultants and interior designers, RWA held weekly meetings with the Client and General Contractor to ensure the project was focused and kept on track.
