THE CLUB LAS VIP LOUNGE

Airport Lounge Development returned to RWA to help create their newest VIP Lounge at McCarran International Airport, this time in a large unbuilt shell space of the Terminal One D Gates.

The 6,500 s.f. tenant improvement includes Concierge Entry, Full-Service Bar, Pantry, Main Buffet, First Class Lounge, Resting Area, Patron Work Area, Restrooms, Shower Rooms, and Plenty of lounge space. The main draw of the space is the full-height radiused window wall to the exterior. The window wall allows for panorama-style views to the west for all guests visiting the lounge. The interior of the lounge is treated with high-end finishes and feature lighting that accentuates the contemporary design.

RWA paid special attention to every detail to obtain the clean aesthetic that our client desired. The resulting lounge environment is inviting and tranquil to help relax guests during their busy day of travel.
