The client was looking to capture unutilized tenant space in the mixed-use center to add three new movie theaters to their facility. Once the empty tenant spaces were demolished the large concrete masonry walls and metal truss roof structure was built to house two massive movie theaters. The third boutique theater was carved out of existing tenant space. The facility expansion also included an additional corridor, restrooms, and mezzanine projector rooms. Special attention was paid to soundproofing the theater walls and ceilings and making the exterior blend into the existing development’s aesthetic.
