Nailor Industries, Inc. is known for its industry-leading customer-focused approach to providing innovative commercial and industrial HVAC products. Their existing operations in North Las Vegas limited their capacity, which led them to acquire additional land to expand their manufacturing and distribution operations.

In 2014 Nailor Industries assembled a local Design-Build team, including RWA to develop their expansion located adjacent to their existing facility.  Principals from RWA traveled to Nailor’s Toronto facility to ensure the design would be well thought out and the resulting master site planning effort would address their foreseen expansion forecast.  At approximately 100,000 square feet, the utilization of concrete wall panels and insulated steel roof structure for this most current building was the logical choice of construction.
