ALL STORAGE I-15
RWA provided site planning, architecture, and interior design for this integrated, multi-tenant storage complex. The facility sits on a 4-acre site with multiple buildings housing a range of self-storage units, a reception area and office, a resident manager’s living quarters, and parking for vehicles, RVs, trailers, and boats.
The design features a welcoming glass storefront system at the main entry, accented by vibrant red metal panels, a shade canopy, and an angled roofline. The metal and composite panel façade combines multiple profiles, textures, and sheens to provide visual interest. CMU block walls wrap the site to ensure secure access.
The interior design represents a modern take on an industrial aesthetic with polished concrete floors, corrugated metal ceilings in the reception area, metal roofing in the storage buildings, and exposed ductwork throughout. High gloss red roll-up doors for each unit punctuate the bright white standing seam metal walls of the self-storage building.
Most notable, is the indoor, automated vehicle parking system. This state-of-the-art system allows for six levels of stacked auto storage with automated retrieval. Functional and experiential, the system is on display and viewable from the outside through an expansive glass storefront that is highly visible from the adjacent I-15 corridor with its location near the busy intersection of I-15 and St. Rose.
