The Client came to RWA to design a Pump Station to serve the Canyons residential development in Henderson, Nevada. The utility structure’s location is accessed directly from Sunridge Heights Parkway. The building houses a large equipment pad with electrical controls and piping for three pumps as well as a restroom for maintenance workers.  Special attention was paid to have the building blend into the adjacent landscape and infrastructure. The durability of materials used was also important to promote building longevity.
