The design of this retail outlet for Burton, a leading international snowboard gear and accessory manufacturer, was the result of a close collaboration between RWA as the local architect and the brand’s designers.  An established lifestyle brand that embodies both the natural beauty of the mountains and an edgy urban sensibility, the design team chose materials and architectural elements to blend the two. The space features raw wood-clad display walls and energy-efficient LED lighting punctuated with boldly colored merchandise.

The RWA team leveraged extensive local agency and code familiarity to develop clear and concise documents which facilitated timely permitting and approvals. RWA’s experience working with Simon Property Group, the operator of the Las Vegas Premium Outlets, and robust construction administration approach ensured a streamlined delivery process.
